Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is done using US Postal Service. A flat rate of $10 is charged with your order. You will need to sign for the package when it arrives. All International orders are subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any shipping costs in addition to the $10 shipping fee will be charged separately.
Privacy & Security
Your credit card information, email address and any private personal information used to complete an order will never be sold, or given out to anyone. We use the information solely to process orders and stay in contact with you regarding those orders. We do not store your credit card information on our system so there is no risk of it being stolen by anyone.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for an Exchange Authorization. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received.
All ITEMS ON SALE or CUSTOMIZED pieces are FINAL SALES. All charges, including shipping fees, are non-refundable.
If you should need a repair or replacement, please contact us before returning the jewelry. We will try to assess if there will be a repair fee before you return the merchandise. We are not responsible for buyer negligence, and the buyer is responsible for all repair or replacement fees in the case of misuse, accidents, or abuse.
Avoid undue moisture and should your item get wet, make sure to dry it off. Certain metals and plating (specifically gold-plated) can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfume and lotions. It is recommended to put your jewelry on last to minimize the contact with these chemicals. It is not recommended to shower while wearing your plated jewelry.
Payment is handled through Paypal service. Once you complete your order, you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your payment information.
Once you complete an order you will be sent an email with instructions on how to check up on your order. Signing up for account is the easiest way to do this so you can log in at any time and check on your orders, etc.
Updating Account Information
On the top right of the page, click “My Account” and you will be taken through the process of creating an account with us. This way you can update your contact info, shipping address etc which will make placing future orders much faster and easier.
